President
Teela Brown
Teela Brown has dedicated more than 20 years to the safety industry, building long-standing relationships with professionals in insurance, construction, and manufacturing. In 2013, she co-founded Evolved Safety to simplify safety and compliance training through high-quality, vendor-agnostic solutions. As President, Teela continues to expand Evolved Safety’s offerings—integrating technologies like Virtual Reality and partnering only with vendors who meet the highest standards—to provide clients with creative, value-added solutions tailored to their needs.
Teela takes a collaborative, hands-on approach, working directly with clients to build programs that fit their needs and strengthen safety culture. Her focus on relationships and practical solutions has helped Evolved Safety to earn the trust of organizations across industries.
A graduate of Davenport University with a degree in Marketing and Management, Teela has been married for over 22 years and is a proud mom to two daughters.
Principal
Greg Adams
Greg Adams has been helping safety professionals find the right training resources for nearly 20 years. As Principal and co-founder of Evolved Safety, Greg leverages his extensive background in safety training, learning management systems, and safety technology to deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of each client. Since starting Evolved Safety in 2013, he has also developed and managed successful channel partnerships for a range of safety-related services and products, broadening the company’s reach and impact.
Greg’s expertise extends to the workers’ compensation and commercial insurance industries, giving him a unique perspective on how safety programs support compliance and risk management. Known for his client-first mindset, Greg believes the best way to serve organizations is to understand their business deeply and connect them with the right resources.
A graduate of Grand Valley State University’s Seidman School of Business with a degree in Marketing and Finance, Greg lives in Grand Rapids with his wife of over 10 years and their two young daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and traveling with his family.
